Today, as we widen our reach and embark on a challenging path of unstoppable growth, we are looking for the following Senior / middle management professionals to be part of our existing team for our projects in Central Mumbai & Thane.
SR. PROJECT MANAGER - To head Mega Township Project
B.E / M.E. (Civil) with 10-15 years experience in execution of major residential multi-storey projects with at least one mega project handled independently preferably with added skill in management. Should possess leadership skill along with in- depth technical knowledge.
SR. PROJECT ENGINEERS
B.E. (Civil) with 7-10 years of experience. Should be able to execute the construction (Residential Building) work from start to finish effectively & efficiently.
SR. ENGINEERS PLANNING AND CO-ORDINATION
B.E. (Civil) having 7-10 years of experience with good knowledge of computer and familiarity in CPM / PERT methods.
Sr. ENGINEERS – MEP
BE / B. Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) with 7–10 years of proven experience in MEP and HVAC functions in large scale state-of-the-art high rise residential /commercial buildings.
PLUMBING ENGINEERS
B.E. (Civil) / Diploma holder having 5-7 years of experience with specialization in public health. Working experience with plumbing consultants/contractors for multi storey residential and commercial complexes preferred.
LANDSCAPING ENGINEERS
Engineering degree holder with minimum 5-7 years of related work experience. Knowledge of principles and practices of landscape architecture and irrigation design and construction methods along with some basic principles and practices in civil engineering & surveying.
QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEERS
B.E. (Civil)/Diploma holder with 5-7 years of hands on experience in large size company. Implementation of QA / QC activities including those of sub–contractors works in accordance with approved QCP / itps (Quality Control Path / Inspection Test Plan) and procedures, method statements and other contract documents.
QUANTITY SURVEYORS
B.E. (Civil)/Diploma holder with 5-7 years of experience. Should be able to calculate quantities & prepare estimates/BOQ of the projects from drawings & RCC drawings to prepare Work Order, Rate Analysis, Billing & Certification as also total construction cost of the project.
JUNIOR ENGINEERS
B.E. (Civil)/Diploma holder with 3-5 years of experience in residential construction sites with reputed builders / contracting firms. Should ensure technical supervision i.e. Reinforcement, shuttering and concreting of civil work.
SITE ENGINEERS
B.E. (Civil)/Diploma holder with experience of around 3-5 years in construction of Housing / Commercial Premises / IT Parks. Should be able to execute, monitor and control the civil construction works.
SAFETY ENGINEERS
Diploma in industrial safety with at least 5-7 years experience in real estate. He should be able to monitor & effectively supervise all the safety aspects at large scale civil construction work sites and conduct training programmes.
ARCHITECTS DESIGNING & CO-ORDINATION
B. Arch / D. Arch having 7-10 years experience with professionally managed and / or reputed architectural firm / Govt. Bodies. To liaise with Govt. / Municipal Authorities / Corporations / MHADA / Architects etc.
LIAISON ARCHITECTS / OFFICERS
Having 5-7 years of experience in Architectural Liaisoning with Govt. Municipal Authorities / Corporations for all pre and post construction activities including Revenue Authorities like Collector's office etc. Should be able to liaise with MGGM / MHADA / MIDC / MMRDA / TMC / State Govt. & to interpret their new policies rules & regulations.
ADVOCATES (For Mumbai & Thane Office)
LLB / BL with 5-7 years of experience, preferably having worked in a solicitor firm or active practice in the areas of property related documentation, drafting legal notices / documents / affidavits. Should possess good knowledge of property related laws, familiar with procedural laws of various High Courts / Bombay City Civil Court / Small Causes Court, Thane Court etc. And having experience in appearing before the judicial and quasi-judicial authorities and should be result oriented.
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS
Qualified CA's with minimum 5-7 years experience in independently handling of assessment proceeding before Income Tax authorities and finalization of accounts, joint ventures group companies and consolidation. Proficiency in Tally/ERP/Quadra package, etc. Should possess a very good knowledge of accounting standards, various guidelines issued by the ICAI from time to time.
ACCOUNT ASSISTANTS
B.Com / M. Com /Inter CA having 2-3 years of experience & knowledge of accounts upto finalization, banking, auditing, costing, budgeting, statutory returns - IT/ TDS / VAT etc.
Sr. SALES EXECUTIVE
Candidate should be from realty industry having worked at senior level preferably an MBA with minimum 7-10 years experience in marketing of mega residential and commercial projects in real estate industry. Suitable candidates should have proven records of achieving higher sales during past two year.
Jr. SALES EXECUTIVES
University degree/fresh MBA with 2-3 years experience in the field of construction / real estate / retail. Candidate must have a strong passion for sales, good business skill, proven ability to deliver sales target under pressure and be able to thrive in dynamic environment.
HR EXECUTIVE
Diploma/ Degree in Human Relations with 3 to 5 years experience in HR department of large corporate. Will be responsible for implementing and supporting HR policies, generating required reports for management and maintenance of HR records.
IT PROFESSIONAL FOR OFFICE AUTOMATION
Bsc/BE/B.Tech/MCA with minimum of 2-4 years hands on experience. Candidate should assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure. Implement network security.
Marketing Professionals (I.T. Park / Commercial Premises)
Candidates must be Graduate having an experience of around 6-8 years in developing, implementing the strategy for marketing of I.T. Park and commercial premises, having good contacts with corporate.
Executive Assistant to the managing Director
Candidate must be Graduate with an experience of 2 years in similar position, should have exceptional communication, interpersonal and phonetic skills to work in this dynamic environment. Candidate must be extremely pro-active, have good judgment and be able to make sound decisions under pressure with aim to deliver positive results.
Compensation package will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
